What We Do
Public Programs
We invite some of the world's most interesting and accomplished people to share their
experiences with foreign policy, global issues, diverse cultures, and complex challenges that
shape our world and affect our future.
Education Program
Our Global Young Leaders program encourages and provides resources for thousands of
area students to become civically engaged, learn about the world beyond the screens of
their devices, and consider internationally-oriented careers that have global impact.
International Services
We support dignitary relationships and economic development in concert with DFW cities,
towns, and international organizations. The Council is honored to serve as Secretariat to the
Consular Corps of Dallas/Ft Worth, supporting the facilitation of stronger international ties.
International Visitor Programs
Working with the U.S. Department of State, we coordinate an extensive team of volunteers,
businesses, and community leaders to host professionals and future leaders from around the
world.
